The apartment was fairly clean and had a full kitchen. We really enjoyed the venue and its good setting.

Amazing and favourable location so close to the center of Varenna, another shop, and restaurants, and the room was spotless. The apartment left overall perfect impression, however it had a bit small bathroom.

The setting was excellent and beautiful, away from hustle and bustle. Staff was accommodating and amicable.

I appreciated to be there, spent 2 great days overall. It was located in a fabulous area on a hill overlooking the lake.

we would absolutely stay here again, it had a marvellous and stunning location. thanks a lot for such wonderful stay, having setting on the town square. the place is near to como lake and a hillside overlooking the lake. the room is good sized with a view, everything is fairly clean. there's views of the lake.

The apartment was clean and located next to buy food, the supermarket in the next village, Bellano and centre. Staff was PLEASANT and really good despite our late arrival. Spotless and updated room with a view was much appreciated.

It has a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The breakfast is simple, with wine.

Fancy villa, impressive pool, lovely art, helpful staff. The Rattis really know how to throw a party!

The place is fairly clean with newly decorated rooms and exceptional views across the lake. Location is magnificent and only 5 minutes walk from Green Way dei Patriarchi. Quite comfortable experience for our friends wedding.

I would absolutely stay here again, because enjoyed it very much. It is fairly clean and in a local neighbourhood. The place offers central location in Varenna. What's more, a market and shops were set nearby. The staff are amicable and excellent, thanks a lot for the help. Has updated and modern room in the good-sized bedroom.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay truly memorable. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the water and a range of fantastic restaurants and shops nearby.

The steep inclines in the area, which may pose a challenge for elderly people or those with health issues. the presence of the owner's friends and family by the pool on some days disrupted the tranquility of the surroundings, particularly when the children were being noisy.

The balcony view was breathtaking and private. The facilities were top-notch and beautifully maintained. The hosts went above and beyond, giving us maps, helping with luggage, and extending our check-out time. The room was spotless and had everything we could want, including shower amenities and a kitchenette. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and a short walk to the town center. a fantastic experience with outstanding service and jaw-dropping views.
